Mrs Plenty's Carnival is a popular attraction found near Spite in London.[3][4] This may or may not be the same Carnival.[1] Mrs Plenty is the Carnival's owner and namesake.[5] She has duties[6] she could never let go of.[7]
The Carnival's stalls require tickets from customers.[8] Tickets are purchased with moon-pearls for the price beyond price. Admit one.[9]

Beneath the Neath is a partially submerged Ferris wheel[22] that takes passengers into a cavern below the Carnival. Most passengers return soon after.[23]
