Wait... Storm is referred to as a 'dragon', and he is no doubt a god. Additionally, he hangs from the ceiling, the perfect place to watch the Bazaar and, indeed, the entirety of the Unterzee. Could the dragon sent by the Sun's love to ensure the Bazaar's delivery be Storm, watching and waiting for either the delivery or for the Bazaar's time to run out? And in the meantime, he entertains himself by messing with the stupid mortals. It also seems that the Dragon may be more or less ranked around the same as the Bazaar...
