The Reformer is likely the servant referenced on the Berenger and by the First Storyteller as causing the King Who Speaks to go join the Revolutionaries, causing his death. The Halved then created Piranesi specifically to punish this servant.

It's unclear to me who the Deformer is. The Halved is the only star that is lightless, so possibly just a former servant of the Halved?

I believe that the Conformer was the Pirate Poet from Sunless Seas. Not much evidence to go on, though. She's the only truly famous, dashing, heroine pirate that I'm aware of from the FL universe.

It's clear that the Performer is the Dark-Spectacled Admiral from Sunless Seas, the person who the player can turn in port reports to (among aother things) in service of London. He wore spectacles to hide the fact that his eyes have no gold to them; they were simply blue.
