I do realize that this is a year old, but for those that are interested- We sort of do get answers to this, if you dig- Mr. Apples travelled to the reach, although the other masters did not, meaning two new titles open for the other masters to share and two more cities to go. The sixth city is likely Paris, and it's probably already fallen. The Neath is likely still mostly the same- There will be remnents of London and Londoners, of course, as there have always been remnents of the other cities, in both people and places (see: the forgotten quarter). Everything is still basically the same, except that there are a few English colonies on the Unterzee (although Fallen Paris' Forgotten Quarter either doesn't exist or is still Mongolian) The tomb colonies existed before London and they will exist after. Players in the Great Game in the Neath get their tattoos in Parisian shops now. Same with basically everything else. The only real thing that's changed in the Neath at large is that now they know that Avid Horizon is a gate, and that people can go through, possibly. Maybe. Probably not. But still, the Bazaar is down another Master, people speak French and life goes on.
