Sometimes one bee. Sometimes a whole swarm spills out when the corporeal body is killed. It's hard to say whether each individual bee is sentient or if it's by the swarm. The best I understand it, each Devil body exists to interact with humans, but you don't really need one for each Devil bee. I've even got the impression that a Prince of Hell is often a whole swarm considered as one prince. It's an alien perspective.
