February

From The Fifth City Wiki

"I hope you won't disappoint me," she purrs. "Go forth, and cause havoc."[1]

February is a prominent member of the Calendar Council.

Expertly Ruthless[edit]

A sworn enemy of Mr Iron,[2] February is a prominent revolutionary and spymaster known for her ferocity, ruthlessness, and cunning.[3] Despite - or perhaps thanks to - her bloodthirsty schemes, her followers are extremely loyal to her and her cause.[4]

February enjoys strategy games; she is excellent at chess[5] and is an avid player and patroness of the murderous sport of Knife-and-Candle.[6] She is also something of an archaeologist, and has embarked on expeditions to find the Cave of the Nadir, as she believes it to hold the key to the Liberation of Night.[7] A book apparently authored by her, kept in the Agendums of Ascent, is a textbook on combat that details many ways of "fighting dirty."[8]

Her relationship with Mr Iron does not appear to be solely antagonistic, though the specifics of this are exceedingly unclear.[9]

The Council in the Skies[edit]

In the Sunless Skies timeline, as of 1905, February has left the Neath with January and December. The three revolutionaries reside in Pan in Eleutheria.[10]
