likely the loophole of "the rubbery men wouldn't count as part of the seven cities!" is closed, since the Bazaar's master is a being of divine law. Gods don't like loopholes very much. Since it isn't just the idea of not sharing love stories but not *loving*, i doubt that the rubbery men are included in the agreement in any way, shape or form.
