The Blind Helmsman is a pub in Wolfstack Docks, London.[2] Its drinks are not its primary attraction;[3] rather, zailors flock to the pub to boast,[4] brawl,[5] and bet on spider fights in the illegal pit in the basement.[6] There are rumors of battles against "monsters and worse" in the basement, but these are so far unfounded.[7] Other than the spider pit, of course.

This tavern is the meeting place of the Black Ribbon Society, a club led by Feducci that hosts duels to the permanent death.[8]

It was discovered during the Grand Clearing-Out that the Blind Helmsman sits atop ruins from previous Fallen Cities,[9] as well as a Rattus Faber factory called L.B. Industries.[10]
