July of the Calendar Council is a former socialite, violinist, and anarchist leader. She has been possessed by the Orts, a powerful Fingerking which offered her visions of the future in exchange for her memories. Her bargain with the Orts left her a dazed shell of her former self. Her lost memories have formed a Parabolan reflection, which now seeks to free the real July from her pact with the Fingerking.[1]
July kept pet ravens, which she cared for lovingly.[1]
February is searching for July on behalf of the rest of the Council. The relationship between the two is unknown. January only expresses regret for her current situation.[2]
July's book in the Agendums of Ascent is missing, but previously occupied a space in an archive of Surface intrigues.[3]
