July of the Calendar Council is a former socialite, violinist, and anarchist leader. She has been possessed by the Orts, a powerful Fingerking which offered her visions of the future in exchange for her memories. Her bargain with the Orts left her a dazed shell of her former self. Her lost memories have formed a Parabolan reflection, which now seeks to free the real July from her pact with the Fingerking.

July kept pet ravens, which she cared for lovingly.

February is searching for July on behalf of the rest of the Council. Her relationship with July is unknown.
