July
She grips your hand. "Goodbye... You'll do what you think is right, I hope. We all do, you know. Even the Calendar Council."
July of the Calendar Council was a socialite, violinist, and anarchist leader. She became addicted to sunlight, and the Orts, a powerful Fingerking, contacted her through the mirrorcatch boxes her sunlight was smuggled it.
The Orts offered her visions of the future, which she planned to use to prevent the fall of Paris as the Sixth City. However, she traded away her memories in exchange until the real July was left a dazed shell of her former self. July's reflection in Parabola formed from the real July's lost memories and seeks to escape her other self's bargain with the Orts.
July kept pet ravens, which she cared for lovingly. Ironically, the memories she traded away to the Fingerkings took the form of ravens as well.
February is searching for July on behalf of the rest of the Calendar Council. Her relationship with July is unknown.
