The Prickfinger Wastes
"Blood loss is the greatest threat out here. Brush one stalagmite too many and you'll bleed out long before you make it back to safety. It's dark in the Wastes, beyond the brightly coloured lamps of Mrs Plenty's Carnival. Watch your step."[1]
Imagine a million overturned silverware drawers. Now imagine all the silverware is knives, nothing but giant knives stabbing skyward. That's Prickfinger.[2]
Past Mrs Plenty's Carnival lies the Prickfinger Wastes. As the result of a geological anomaly, this area is littered with extremely sharp stalagmites. Often likened to a sea of sharp knives pointing upward.

Ten Thousand Teeth
No false-stars — only bats and bats. You stand within their cyclone's eye, and then you see the roaring teeth...[2]

Ten Thousand Teeth is a legendary monster known to reside and hunt deep withing the Prickfinger Wastes. Known to have been a bane to many a Monster-Hunter or Eradicator of the Department of Menace Eradication. It masks succesfully in it's natural habitat often springing on unsuspecting prey despite it's size. [3] Inside it's giant maw there seems to be a whole ecosystem striving on the remains of whatever the Ten Thousand Teeth consumed. [4] A surprising discovery made by an unlucky victim that got engulfed by the Ten Thousand Teeth's maw is that it seems to be alergic/irritated by Peligin Snuff as having been covered in it resulted in the Maw spitting the victim out.
