The Overgoat is an extremely powerful being with the appearance of a goat-demon, spoken of only in whispers across Fallen London. Opinions on its exact nature and origin differ, but its watchful gaze, intimidating presence, and Caprine Authority are unquestionable. Those in the good graces of the Bazaar may purchase the Overgoat's companionship at an exorbitant price, and make use of its ability to [REDACTED BY THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC DECENCY].[2]

GOAT OVER GOAT OVER GOAT

The Overgoat is not one of a kind, but it is incredibly rare. When two meet, they may [REDACTED BY THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC DECENCY]. The resulting Übergoat, "the goat of which Goethe wrote,"[3] has the keenest senses of any known being, with twice the fearsome mien and Caprine Authority of an Overgoat.
