UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The Efficient Commisioner, real name Griz, is a Londoner who ended up in the Neath when the city fell. She quickly found work as Mr Pages assistant, and supervised the 1862 survey.[1]
By 1899, she was a memeber of the Tragedy Commision, working to overseen the writing and the apllication of the Tragedy Procedure.[2] When the Great Hellbound Railway was formed, the Bazaar only approved of the project on the condition that she became a board member.[3]
