Ideology, History and Trade
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Upon finding themselves right next to Hell, London - being the upstanding Christian city it was - was not pleased, and attempted to invade it. This did not go well; see The Campaign of '68. Nowadays, relations between London and Hell are less strained, and as of 1899 the Great Hellbound Railway has been constructed between the two cities.
Hell has a colony in the Neath: the Iron Republic, south of London. It seems to be a sort of experiment in chaos where devils use humans as test subjects.
