Wilmot's End is a hidden area of Tyrant's Gardens, located near Veilgarden, and is the true base of the Great Game. It also happens to be the location of London's Foreign Office.

Seeing as the Foreign Office is located in a pagoda, it may be conjectured that Wilmot's End is a quiet corner of Kew Gardens, which may have been combined with other nearby parks during the chaos of the Fall.
