New London is the capital of the British Empire, located in Albion.

The city is in fact the original London, disassembled and rebuilt in the High Wilderness.[3] Parliament used to be part of the city, until Her Renewed Majesty decided to separate it from the empire, both metaphorically and physically.[4]
