She has been possessed by the Orts, a powerful Fingerking which offered her visions of the future in exchange for her memories. Her bargain with the Orts left her a dazed shell of her former self. Her lost memories have formed a Parabolan reflection, which now seeks to free the real July from her pact with the Fingerking.[1]
