[[File:Wilmotsend.jpg|thumb|300px]]Wilmot's End is a hidden area of Tyrant's Gardens (near Veilgarden) and is the true base of the [[The Great Game|Great Game]]. It also happens to be the location of London's Foreign Office. In-game, you may travel to Wilmot's End to seek out a missing woman, and to the Foreign Office for a job.
Seeing as the Foreign Office is located in a pagoda, it may be conjectured that Wilmot's End is a quiet corner of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kew_Gardens Kew Gardens], which may have been combined with other nearby parks during the chaos of the Fall.

Your job in The Foreign Office is to become a governor of Port Carnelian. The Foreign office itself is almost completely independent of the rest of London's government, and is instead ruled by two groups. The Face, who are London's diplomats, and The Teeth, who make up London's spy network.
