Sinning Jenny, a prioress from [[Abbey Rock/The Convent|Abbey Rock]], runs the Parlour of Virtue. She is a favorite of the [[The Masters of the Bazaar|Masters]], especially Mr. Wines, and is currently Mayor of London after winning the Election of 1894 in a landslide.
