The main denizens of this region are outcasts, revolutionaries, bohemians, and other characters of questionable desires. In stark contrast to [[Albion]], all of Eleutheria is shrouded in thick fog and incredible darkness. This darkness seems to exist not just from the lack of light, but is also emitted from [[The Halved|Elutheria's black star]]. | |||
