A chaotic colony of Hell, permanently free of tyrants... and laws. Go there in Fallen London via the Unterzee and you may be permanently changed, for better or for worse. If you have the Nemesis ambition, you will need to go here in search of whoever murdered someone you love.
You may also go here in Sunless Sea, though it doesn't look like there's much to do.
