Perdurance is a magnificent shuttered palace in Albion. It may or may not be the Shuttered Palace, but regardless of its identity, it holds the British Empire's most promising youth... frozen in time.
Those who live here in Perdurance are those who Her Renewed Majesty have sent here. It is implied that some instances of this are more of a torture and prison rather than a luxurious vacation.
Everyday, Hour Looms under Perdurance spin hours to rewind the perfect day to begin anew at morning. Each third of the day (morning, noon, and evening) are demarcated by their own halls.
