The Pharaoh's Daughters, known canonically as the Sisters, are the six daughters of the Pharaoh of the Second City. They ruled over the Second City after incapacitating the Masters, but they were forced to separate after the Masters pursued them seeking revenge. Afterwards, many of them would would go on to carve out fiefdoms for themselves, with many playing a key role in the Neath's many histories and societies.
As of the current era, five out of six are alive, all of whom lived for millennia.
Some sources attest to the existence of the Lost, who died on the Surface and never visited the Neath; in our world, this youngest sister only lived to the age of five. If she is the Lost, the Duchess is the fourth of the six. However, other sources claim that the Duchess is the youngest of the six, even showing her signing her name in hieroglyphics as such.
