Introduction

Fingerkings are snake-like entities that swim in the dreams of the denizens of the Unterzee. They swim within the river of memory and dreams, which can be accessed through several locations scattered around the Neath (Hunter's Keep for example). It is unknown Little is known of their origins or purpose, but they are vital in attaining lost knowledge and secrets beyond that of mortal understanding. Even the Bazaar itself is not safe of the Fingerking's influence. If one makes a deal with them it is possible to gleam into the deepest secrets of the world, just don't cross them...

Catching the Dream Snakes

Should a poor souls ever happen to get on the bad side of a Fingerking, it's advised to never sleep...again. An angry dream-snake is the last thing many people want, but often many knowledge driven madmen double cross them in order to discover forbidden secrets. For those who can, sleep can be staved off, but if they ever want to sleep again, a Serpent Trap is required. The Serpent Trap is a clever creation used to allow at least one night of sleep for the target of the Fingerking's anger. By forcing an unlucky Clay Man into holding a Empty Mirrorcatch Box and resting by a point near the river of dreams, one can trick dream-snakes into attacking the soul of the Clay Man and trapping them in the box. Doing so will stave off the inevitable attack, and a Mirrorcatch Box of Very Angry Dream-Snakes is a rare and valuable commodity on the Zee, being a source of the Neathbow color Viric
