A chaotic colony of Hell, permanently free of tyrants... and laws. Go there in Fallen London via the Unterzee and you may be semi-permanently changed, for better or for worse. Oh, and you'll be there until numbers stop working. You may also go here in Sunless Sea, though it doesn't look like there's much to do yet.
