Moulin is a no-man's-land in the Hinterlands, shattered by the Parabolan wars. The Viric River flows here, carrying with it the essence of the Waswood.

Many artifacts of the Neath's history can be found here because of the Waswood's influence, and as such, the few inhabitants of this region are mostly scholars and archaeologists.
