The Irrepressible Cannoneer

The Irrepressible Cannoneer is a gunner from Iron Republic who gets a little too excited about blowing stuff up.
Dangerously Delighted

When working with explosives, the Cannoneer's passion is unmatched by any other. While this behaviour can be unnerving to some people, this does not deter the Cannoneer from collaborating with many engineers and inventors of the Neath. And although they were kicked from the University for supplying bombs to an unknown faction (implied to be the Revolutionaries),[2] they have worked with a wide range of people, ranging from the reclusive Heartmetal Smith of the Station III,[3] to the Tittering Artificer of the Iron Republic.[4]
They once heard of an incident where Iron & Misery were testing a Red Science prototype that destroyed one of their outpost islands. Impressed by its potential destructive power, the Cannoneer planned to retrieve what remains of the prototype and refine it to construct a terrifying weapon.[5]
The Cannoneer holds a rivalry with the Tireless Mechanic, whom the Cannoneer considers a "dilettante". On the flipside, the Mechanic dismisses the Cannoneer as an "amateur."[6]
