The Sapphir'd King is the Judgement of The Blue Kingdom. The Logoi that patrols the Kingdom are his words, and the yoked spirits that serve the Kingdom are bound to him.

He is a member of the Amaranthine Conjunction, the conjunction that believes in the philosophy of culmination and ending.

His dominion over the dead and believe of completion led him and his daughter to murder the King of Hours for using time to prevent deaths.
