Demeaux Island

A large fusion of a fungus farm and fungus factory.  Nearly all workers are forced into working here, and are eager to escape.  The conditions are poor, escapees complain that they need to pick sproutlings out of their eyes.  If one eats too much of the fungus grown here, they will start growing inside of the victim, and the rest is rather self explanitory. 

The largest mushrooms are used as building materials.  A smaller variety called kirralee is harvested for it's "medical" properties.
