Abbey Rock is a tiny island in the Southern Archipelago that harbors the Sisterhood's Island Convent, a small order of nuns apparently established (ironically) by Sinning Jenny. The convent is really part-fortress; it's quite well-defended.
In Fallen London, you may visit it as part of the Bag a Legend ambition; you may also visit in Sunless Sea and drop off Phoebe from Hunter's Keep (if she's been scarred by the fire event).
