Port Cecil

Port Cecil is a town founded on two things. Selling scintillack coral, and playing chess. Playing large amounts of chess induce hallucinations, starting with the belief that the pieces have their own agenda. Or perhaps they do, who is to say? The pieces are sharp and covered in blood. Older residents have coral growing on them, they do not mind.
The chess games mirror the power struggles of the neath, between the Flukes, the Bazaar, Mt. Nomad, and the Gods of the zee, among others.
Underneath the port, there is another power. An incomplete one with rubbery men working for it. It also likes chess.
