The Red-Handed Queen is a powerful figure living in Parabola. She associate herself whith those with ambitions, who are willing to break the rules to further their own ends.[2] To those, she sometimes grant boons in exchange for their servitude. For others, however, she is a cruel terrifying presence who is to be avoided.[3][4]
