Eleutheria is a dark, riotous, pagan region of the High Wilderness.
The main denizens of this region are outcasts, revolutionaries, bohemians, and other characters of questionable repute. In stark contrast to Albion, all of Eleutheria is shrouded in thick fog and pitch darkness. This darkness seems to exist not just from the lack of light, but is also emitted from Eleutheria's black star.
