Perdurance is a magnificent shuttered palace in Albion. It may or may not be the Shuttered Palace, but regardless of its identity, it holds the British Empire's most promising youth... frozen in time. Its residents are hand-picked by Her Renewed Majesty. Unfortunately, but in a typical situation for the High Wilderness, it might be more of a torture and prison than a youthful paradise...

Each day, Hour Looms under Perdurance spin hours to rewind its single perfect day to begin anew at dawn. Each third of the day (morning, noon, and evening) is demarcated by its own hall.
