New Winchester is the major port of the Reach. Like New London, it is a bustling, factory-dominated destination for locomotives in need of repair. The port is governed by The Assembly, a gathering of representatives from the many independent ports of the Reach.
Its settlers are in something of an independence war with London loyalists, known as the Stovepipes. This war is known as The Winchester War. As of 1905, the Stovepipes are losing the war.
