The High Wilderness is the heavens and space, where the Judgements and sky-beasts, like Aeginae and Scrive-Spinsters, dwell. It is connected to the Unterzee by Avid Horizon.
At the dawn of the 20th century, the Empress Victoria led an exodus from London to the High Wilderness, where a revitalized British Empire built its foothold of Albion.
