Milliner-Bats are quite average for bats, excepting their sky-blue feathers applied with glue of all things, similar in appearance to those of Blue Prophets.[2] Their swarms seem to be localized near Varchas.[3] How did these bats get their feathers? Did they steal them?[4] Were they the project of a mad bat-farmer? No matter; the feathers sell well, from bat or bird.[2]
