A chaotic colony of [[Devils and Hell|Hell]], permanently free of tyrants... and laws. It is possible to go there in both Fallen London and Sunless Sea. Fallen Londoners will often have to stay until numbers stop working; sailors of the Sunless Sea will have it a bit easier but will still be subjected to constantly shifting norms.
