To see is to gather intelligence. To acquire intelligence is to garner influence. To hold influence in dream is power. Show me what you see and I am yours.

October is a revolutionary leader and an extremely powerful oneiromancer.[1] She gained the power to manipulate Parabola as her reward for winning the Marvelous. October then used that power to imprison Mr Mirrors, making her the second human to defeat a Master.[2] (Don't ask what happened to the first ones.) Since then, she has remained in exile in Yesterday's Clerestory, a hidden keep in Parabola.[1]

She commands the Peace of October, an army of dream-ravens that she uses as her spies and soldiers.[3] October is a stalwart Liberationist and uses her ravens to darken Parabola during battle.[4]
