Origins
Like several other denizens of the heavens, the Felined Eccentric has been fundamentally reshaped by the depths of Piranesi. Before her stay at the Eleutherian prison she was known as The Watcher- a powerful spirit that judged the shades at the White Well. Her three 'cats' (Asmoday, Paimon and Beleth) are each a remnant of the being that she once was.[2][3]
