Eye-scuttlers are creatures that once roamed Axile. They acted as servants for Rubbery Men during this time,[2] and they presumably had eyes on their feet.
Not much else is known about eye-scuttlers, and it's unclear if they came to the Neath with their fellows,[3] but they may be the original owners of the odd, altered stockings that are distributed around Christmas.[1]
