"Something otherworldly wore this. Something, perhaps, that can see with its feet. No: that's an absurd idea."[1]
Eye-Scuttlers are creatures that once roamed the pools of Axile.
What
"I don't want to know. I said: I don't want to know!"[1]
Eye-scuttlers acted as servants for the Rubbery Men during their time on Axile,[2] and based on their name, they presumably had eyes on their feet. Not much else is known about these beings, and it's unclear whether they ever came to the Neath at all, but they may be the original owners of the Meticulously Altered Stockings that are distributed around Christmas.[1]
