The House of Chimes is an exclusive club run by the Masters, with an exorbitant monthly fee. It is housed in what was formerly known as Big Ben. Upon their first entrance, patrons must prove why they consider themselves exceptional. Only then will they be able to access the House's resources and opportunities.

During the move to the High Wilderness, Big Ben was moved together with Parliament, leaving most of the Masters of the Bazaar behind in the Neath. Both buildings were set adrift together in the skies of Albion, away from London. Big Ben has been renamed The Tower of Chimes, and no longer houses the club. There is something in there, however...[2]
