Eye-scuttlers are creatures that once roamed Axile. They acted as servants for Rubbery Men during this time,[2] and presumably had eyes on their feet. Not much else is known about eye-scuttlers, and it is unclear if they came to the Neath with their fellows,[3] but they may be the original owners of the odd, altered stockings that are distributed around Christmas.[4]
