"The White comes to fulfill the frozen law."[1]
The White is a Judgement and the spymaster of the heavens.
It was the entity responsible for sending Salt to the Neath, but then Salt got distracted and things became complicated.[2] The White's grand plan is mysterious, but it may have something to do with holding back the Liberation of Night.
